Absolutely not - though if you are buying in MA I would love to help you and no matter where you are buying I likely have a fantastic referral partner that I can connect you with!

All 50 states - 99% of what I do is done remotely, and travel can be arranged as needed. While I have the most experience with the New England & Smoky Mountains vacation rental markets, I enjoy expanding into new areas and can provide the same high quality of service anywhere.

I utilize Airbnb and VRBO for all of my properties and evaluate new platforms as needed to provide the best revenue for my clients. I do not manage direct booking sites at this time.  

I provide regular reports to my property management clients on the performance of their listing(s) - should there ever be a concern with performance, I will identify the reasons why I believe the property is doing poorly as well as what I believe should be done to improve it. All property management contracts can be cancelled at any time with proper notice.

The best service for someone who wants to manage their property themselves, but could use a helping hand to get started would be the VACATION RENTAL START UP package. I will help you get your listing ready to go, and train you on what you need to know starting out. There is a certain amount of trial and error with your first short term rental property, and getting off on the right foot can make a big difference! And should you want more assistance down the road, I am always available for one on one consultations with prior clients!
